ABOUT US

PONTON is in many ways a special employer and more than a classic software company.

We provide high-quality software systems, at the same time, we engage in innovation projects and even initiate consortia to explore latest technology combined with innovative business models.

As we have been working together for over twenty years, we feel like a family: from organising software development tutorials for our children towards pension plans for our veterans.

TEAM SPIRIT

We are a diverse group of humorous, dedicated and helpful colleagues, who maintain a familiar and friendly working atmosphere. But team spirit is not only relevant in a business context. We have our own corporate band „Peak Load“, which performs at company events and a PONTON Racing Team, which participates at several running events such as the HASPA Marathon.

BEAUTIFUL OFFICE

We are based in modern, bright and spacious offices right next to a canal in one of the most beautiful districts of Hamburg – Winterhude. The immediate vicinity of the Mühlenkamp and Alster offers numerous opportunities for having lunch breaks or after work activities. Some colleagues, for example use their lunch time for sailing, running or stand-up paddling.

FAMILY ACTIVITIES

Since many of our colleagues have children, we regularly organize events such as Summer or Christmas parties for our PONTON families, including partners and children. On top of that we yearly celebrate our Honey Festival, where we harvest the honey of our own bees and learn a lot about these beneficial insects.
